Latest firmware calculates both phases of the TKIP
field, so the TTAK ok flag is not needed and deprecated.
Support this API change.

New devices will have rate scaling algorithm running in the firmware.
With this feature, the driver's responsiblity is to provide an initial
configuration and to handle notifications regarding recent rates and
some other parameters. Debugfs hooks will be still available for
reading the current rate/statistics and setting a fixed rate.
The old API is supported so far, though both APIs cannot be used
simultaneously.
This is the first patch in the series. It adds a new TLV specifying
FW support for the new API and updates lq_sta to support two types
of rate scaling.

Getting the wrong statistics size is a problem, having a warning
will help us catch it quicker during firmware/driver development.
In released firmware/driver versions, we obviously make sure this
won't happen.

In monitor mode we are not expected to decrypt encrypted
packets (not having the keys).
Hence we are expected to get an unknown rx security status.
Keeping the print in monitor mode causes a print for each
captured packet flooding the dmesg.

A common pattern with skb_put() is to just want to memcpy()
some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for
this.
An spatch similar to the one for skb_put_zero() converts many

Johannes Berg says:
====================
Another set of patches for -next:
* API support for concurrent scheduled scan requests
* API changes for roaming reporting
* BSS max idle support in mac80211
* API changes for TX status reporting in mac80211
* API changes for RX rate reporting in mac80211
* rewrite monitor logic to prepare for BPF filters
* bugfix for rare devices without 2.4 GHz support
* a bugfix for recent DFS changes
* some further cleanups
The API changes are actually at a nice time, since it's
typically quiet just before the merge window, and trees
can be synchronized easily during it.

Use also ARRAY_SIZE intead of define when possible.

When receiving a frame, we currently pull in sizeof(*hdr) plus
some extra (crypto/snap), which is too much, most headers aren't
actually sizeof(*hdr) since that takes into account the 4-address
format but doesn't take into account QoS. As a result, a typical
frame will have 4 bytes of the payload in the SKB header already.
Fix this by calculating the correct header length, and now that
we have that, align the end of the SKB header to a multiple of 4
so that the IP header will be aligned properly when pulled in.

Extend ieee80211_cqm_rssi_notify with a rssi_level parameter so that
this information can be passed to netlink clients in the next patch, if
available. Most drivers will have this value at hand. wl1251 receives
events from the firmware that only tell it whether latest measurement
is above or below threshold so we don't pass any value at this time

When a data packet is received, we need to make sure that we stay
awake until it can be processed and wait a while before trying to
enter runtime_suspend os system_suspend again. To do so, add a new

When forming IBSS, mac80211 scans in order to find an already
existing cell to join.
In case the scan does not find any existing cell a new IBSS
cell is formed.
When receiving the beacons of another IBSS cell we should
merge if the other IBSS cell's TSF is higher than ours.
However, currently iwlmvm does not set any timestamp flag in
rx_status so there is no valid rx timestamp to compare the
beacon's TSF to.
The reason for that is that TSF as indicated by the firmware
is at INA time, but up till now mac80211 expected the TSF at
the beginning or end of the MPDU.
Set the flag to the newly added RX_FLAG_MACTIME_PLCP_START flag.

The firmware doesn't send match found notifications when no matchsets
are passed. This makes sense because if there are no matchsets,
nothing can be matched. But the nl80211 API should report when there
are results available, even if no matchsets were passed.
To handle this, we can use the firmware's ITERATION_COMPLETE
reporting, which will send us notifications every time it completed a
scheduled scan iteration. Then we can set a flag when we received
beacons and use that to report that results are available.

In most cases, the firmware will already match the station that
we received a given frame from and tell us the station ID in the
RX status, so we can look up the station from that. This lets us
skip the (more expensive) hash table lookup in mac80211.
Also change the fallback case (no station info from the firmware)
to not attempt to look up a multicast source address.
While at it, also combine all the code using the station into a
